Nebo has been enrolled with Google Workspace for Education since 2011. This service provides Nebo with the core services of Email, Google Office, Drive, Calendar and Google Sites. These core services are tightly controlled in terms of what Google will do with any data collected by their usage.
Starting in 2025, educational institutions using Google Workspace for Education must annually review and reconfirm parental consent for students under 18 to access Google Workspace Additional Services. These services include tools and features that can enhance learning and collaboration, but are not part of the core Google Education Suite.
